Laeng Productions produced two recruitment videos. One for the Kootenai County Sheriff's Office and the other one for Kootenai County.

With the help of Corvus Eye Productions and their drone expertise, we were able to create some amazing shots. The entire process took several weeks of pre-production, 3 days of filming, and several weeks of editing until the client was happy with both videos.

For film gear, we used 6 cameras, two 3 axis gimbals, a drone, lavalier mics, and several other camera rigs. This was my first time filming a project in Idaho. It's a beautiful place with great people.

Bellevue Police Department – At Your Service

I'm always grateful to have the opportunity to work with the Bellevue Police Department. They know the value, expertise, and consistent results I bring to every video project. 

In collaboration with the department and their resources, I was able to write the script and get all of the shots necessary to complete this project on time.  

RJ Hansen was my first assistant camera during the 3 days of filming.

Special thanks to Officer Seth Tyler for providing us everything we needed to film this project (schedule, vehicles, officers, locations, etc.). Thanks to Mark Stockdale from New Majority Consulting who provided valuable insight and guidance on making sure this video project was done the right way. For the translation, I worked closely with Kylyn from Connect Global.

With quality feedback from both Seth Tyler and Mark Stockdale, editing took me roughly 7 full days to complete (including revisions).

Ma Boulangerie Bakery - Commercial

Laeng Productions produced a promotional/commercial for Ma Boulangerie, one of the best bakeries in Federal Way, WA.

This commercial was written, directed, and produced by Matthew Laeng. The process involved two days of pre-production, one day of filming, four days of editing, and one day for our voice-over artist to capture the branding and story of Ma Boulangerie.

Felik - Intelligent Pet Companion

CLIENT: Angry Lychee LLC / Felik

Laeng Productions produced two videos for this project: a crowdfunding video and a 1-minute video for Facebook. I used 3 cameras, a mixture of visuals, actual home footage, motion graphics, and sounds to produce these videos. 

This was my first time working with Angry Lychee LLC and their new product called Felik.  It was a great experience working with them and the animals. Felik is the first artificially intelligent pet toy that doesn't require any human interaction. The cool thing about Felik's technology is that it can detect, track, predict, and react to your pet's movements.

Felik's funding goal to begin production was $29,675. We all know that the crowdfunding video is an essential component to a successful Kickstarter. With our help, Felik not only reached their funding goal, but they exceeded their goal by approximately 169%.
